Question: How much time must you give a tenant to move out?

Generally the time will depend on the reason or circumstances for which the tenant is moving or must move.  AZLawHelp has a couple articles which may be useful guides, one on Eviction and another on the Landlord/Tenant Relationship.  Arizona's governing law is called the Arizona Residential Landlord Tenant Act (Chapter 10 of the link).  A.R.S. § 33-1368 covers noncompliance by the tenant and lays out the various periods of notice required depending on the issue of noncompliance.
