Question: I have an eviction on my credit that was paid and one was listed as 1 year later than it was how can i correct or prove.

Answer:

Do you have documentation confirming that you satisfied the amount owed per your eviction?  You should pull your free credit report from each of three bureaus: Equifax, Experian, and Trans Union.  If the eviction is showing at each bureau then you can dispute each claim. If you don’t have documentation to send to each bureau to dispute the claim, the bureau will contact the creditor to confirm the satisfaction of the debt.
