Question: Iown a mobile home in a mobile home park and the park lost half ofit because half was lost because there lease was up now Iwant to sell but now im informed that my mobile is is twenty feet over property line wich is government property wich the owners never brougt to my attention I can't sell because of issue and now I am being evicted fornot paying rent on lot

Answer: I am not sure that your situation would be a dismissal for an eviction for failure to pay rent. You may, however, have a cause of action (lawsuit) for fraud against the seller of the mobile home or the park who did not disclose that part of the space was located on "government property".
