Question: I bought land in September from Mortgage. There is a mobile home on the land. We didnt buy this home only the land. So we talk to the lady give her an eviction notice to move the house from our property in 30 days. She leaves the home and the home is still on our property. So we take her to court to move the home. She doesn't come. So the judge rendered on our favor. Does that give me the okay to sell?
Answer: If the judge did not expressly tell you that the mobile home is now yours to do with as you please – or if you are unsure about exactly what the order means and allows you to do – it might be wise to contact the court to request an explanation and/or describe the situation and show the order to an attorney.
