Question: In an rv park does the rental agreement have to be for more than 180 days to be considered long term? Will a month to month agreement for a tenant that has been here more than 6 months still fall under short term eviction laws?

Answer: There is no difference in the process for evictions for a tenant who on month-to-month tenancy as opposed to one who has a "long term" rental agreement.
