Question: What rights do I have if I own an RV and rent a spot on private property in Arizona? The landlord tenant act doesn't cover my situation?

Answer: Neither the Recreational Vehicle Long-Term Rental Space Act nor the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act would apply in such a situation, however the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (ARLTA) could, in theory, apply if the RV owner is a “tenant” and the landowner is a “landlord” by virtue of the existence of a lawful rental agreement between them. (The agreement may be written or verbal.)
