Question: when a landlord kicks you out don't they have to give you a certain amount of time to move?
Answer: A monthly lease may be terminated by the landlord giving at least a ten day notice. In a case pertaining to nonpayment of rent, notice is not required. More information can be found in the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act under ARS § 33-341 of the Arizona Revised Statutes.
