Question: my house sold at auction 8/27/213 it sold for more than i owed,its been remolded and up for sale alredy my name stll on it.im the only one entitled to the excess funds, i understand az law allow the trustee to write the check dirctley to me is there a way to have them do this

Answer:

If there are excess proceeds after the trustee pays all the obligations with the money from a trustee sale, then the trustee has 15 days to provide notice to the trustor.  Additionally the trustee may deposit the money with the county treasurer in the county where the property was sold.  A.R.S. 33-812.
