Bankruptcy
questions & answers
Question: Who is the filing fee made out to?
Answer: In bankruptcy, the bankruptcy court's website states that filing fees should be made out to "Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court." In a matter other than bankruptcy, contact the specific court to find out how payment should be made and to whom. Specific courts can be found by going to the central website for Arizona Court and searching the Court Locator. The Court Clerk is tasked with accepting payment of court fees.
