Question: My partner is disabled, I am her sole support but I want to break up with her. She is demanding reasonable accommodations. What rights does she have to ask this from me I am not her employer

Answer: Assuming that this is a romantic relationship without children and that the people involved are not married there is no legal obligation for one person to support the other. If joint contracts have been entered into and are still continuing these obligations would still need to be fulfilled.

Reasonable accommodations is a legal term meaning that an employer must provide certain necessities for a person who is disabled (i.e. a desk that is the proper height for a person in a wheelchair) it does not apply to romantic relationships.
