I am a retired military, retired in 2004 and have been receiving my pension since that date, but I have continued to work and recently due to COVID-19, have been furloughed and have applied for unemployment insurance in Arizona, of which is where my current job is, I cannot find any information about my being able to receive unemployment insurance. My concern pertains to my military pension? I know in Illinois, I still received unemployment, so I am hoping that I will not have an issue here in Arizona as I do still work, but am currently furloughed until June. Thanks.

I was laid off from my job. Is there a time deadline that the employer has to give me my final paycheck? This is delaying my unemployment benefits application. Thank you.

I had heard that if you receive 3 consecutive days off (of your scheduled 5 days), you can qualify for Unemployment Compensation. I am a full time employee and am averaging 1-2 days a week. Can I qualify?

The state of arizona is trying to force me to repay my unemployment insurance. They state I wasn't eligible because I was married, and I have never been married ever. I missed my hearing because I never received a letter and now they want to garnish my wages because of this. What can I do and do I need to hire an attorney?

I want to be clear that I can attend school and still receive unemploment if I am attending classes online and still have time for full time work?

I have been out on disability leave of work since July 1st from my job and was denied my claim. My Dr. has said I should not return to work, but since I have not been making income, I can't afford the rent, food, or gas to make it to my Doctors appointments. I have also been wrongfully treated by my employer and had to open a complaint and possibly a lawsuit against my supervisor. I tried to give my employer a chance to take care of it, but I was told I can't even complain because I am out on leave. If I voluntarily quit and look for part time work can I qualify for unemployment?
-
