Does anyone know how long (even ballpark) it takes AHCCCS to follow up on a fraud report? I sent one in on April 1st, and the fraudulent person is *still* getting services! I gave them all of the info they need to verify this person has group insurance. They just have to make one phone call to prove the case.

Does AHCCCS only pay for Breast Cancer treatment in designated clinics and hospitals. I was reading the article in the Wall Street Joural about the woman who was caught up in the health care system. I want to know if a person making $15,000 a year with no insurance would be turned down for help if she applied to our AHCCCS.

Can I request "in-home" assistance thru AHCCCS? We are in need of assistance for someone with mild Alheimer's as reminders for taking medicine and for personal health & safety a few hours a day. Is this possible thru AHCCCS?

Was told by my interviewer that I must present all of my family's birth certificates so that DES may "stamp" them. She said this was a law as of April 2006, however, the first time I applied, they did not say this, nor did they "stamp" our birth certificates. I'd like to know where I can find this law, and will I be turned down for food stamps and AHCCCS if I don't let DES stamp our birth certificates?

I am 19, I moved away from home when I was 17. I have since then have lived with my boyfriend and gone to school. I am finishing HS and will be getting ready to make some decisions for college. I do not work. Would I be eligible for AHCCS?
