I do have a very bad pass record but in none of my passed have i ever had a DV on my record... Could use some advice on this matter... Thank you for your imput....
  • i can get a free lawyer but I already divorced. he has parkinsons and is on disability so I have o pay for his classes because he gets only $1061 but that is too much for acchess how can I get free cousilingy
  • my ex and i have court appointed parenting time in family court. my ex keeps bringing her boyfriend around me during these exchanges and i have an OOP against him for threatening my life. my biggest question is i know he is violating law by doing that and can be arrested but is she in violation of some law in arizona by allowing it? FYI she has known about the OOP since it was issued and she helped fight it for him in court so "i didn't know about it" doesn't apply in this situation. im in fear that my ex is attempting to cause an issue by having him around when we exchange our children
  • I have been in a domestic violence situation for 9 years. We had 3 kids out of wedlock and later on married. He is on the birth certificate but there is no court custody in place. He is also on the child abuse and neglect registry for failing to supervise my daughter properly and has domestic violence charges on his record, I was the victim. Can I relocate to another state with our children legally and not tell him?
  • my exwifes boyfriend physically abused her and harrassed her he left bruses on her face that took over a month to heal i got her away from him and somehow he talked his way outa her pressing charges she earsed all the pocture and texts he sent her then she lied to me and said she filed a police report and she didnt he now lives with her and she says now he barley touched her now we have the kids seperated and we havnt exchanged in 5 months and she wount answer texts calls or emails i need to keep him away from my kids since shes met him he has made her choose him over her kids what do i do
  • My live-in boyfriend was served a Protective Order yesterday. The police explained it to him and gave him time to collect some personal belongings. How long does he have to come back and collect the rest of his stuff from the house?
  • I was granted a Protective order 2 days ago. I need a victim advocate to clarify the terms granted. OR ANYONE who clarify if I can remove my belongings legally. The police Said he could and he did. I have to move because he has all the money. Im trying to keep the residence, but its gonna be a battle. I have rights to reside here now til hearing on 25th of August.
  • Under what legal authority does the father (never married) of my 6 year old, who has been deemed unsuitable for joint custody & has yet been able to abide by basic court appointed supervised visitation guidelines, have to continually bring me to court with neglectful parenting allegations, which are always dropped &, coincidentally, decided that he is the perpetrator in each case? Furthermore, as victim to his court declared domestic abuse (physical/metal), how is it that I am being required to be in contact with the perpetrating father, or at risk of losing my son due to parental alienation?
  • I was charged with an Assault 3 months ago. Will it ever be taken off of my record?
  • I was in an argument with my boyfriend and he called the police. In the process, I was angry and cut two clothes which I gave him as gift in the past. The original price of those two items are 200 dollar in total, but it was worn for more than 2 years. Before I damage those two clothes, I have obtained consent from my boyfriend of returning those two clothes to me . However, I was still arrested and charged with criminal damage. If my boyfriend has agreed to return the clothes to me, is that still his property? I mentioned this to the police officer but he said he still need to arrest me.
