  • I was arrested in January of 2019 in Gila county, the preliminary hearing was vacated and I am not being charged but when a background check was done the charges were found. I am trying to re-enter military service, is there a way to make these go away since the state is not pressing charges and it’s been the better part of two years, what are my options?

One and half months into being our home , the sheriffs arrived at our door saying that they had put warning's on our house, though we never saw any . Conveniently, our landlord was nowhere to be found . What agency will help us get into A home and help with a couple month's rent?
  • Our lease on our Apt. ended and we had a three month extension. The three months are up and we are moving. the Apt are coming at us saying we are liable for another months rent. The apt. is claiming a 30 day vacancy notice but the lease is already up. i also had one roomate leave and another move in during the lease period. Teh question I have is can they hold us responsible for the one month extra rent?
