QUESTIONS

  • If I have a neighbor who plays loud music (loud enough that my furniture vibrates and rattles) for hours on end (sometimes well past 11pm) and I notify my landlord what is the landlord required to do about it?
  • An exboyfriend kicked me out of his mothers home and kept all of mine and my 2 year olds belongings. Including birth certificates, SSCs , immunization records, pictures, jewelry, clothes, toys etc. What can i do to attept to get my belongings? He claims to have nothing of mine.

While it may seem like a silly question, I wanted to make absolutely sure that this applies to my high school's ability to require parental consent or signatures, or notify my parents without my permission.   • I recently moved out and the landlord never gave me my deposit back. I left the home in good condition the only thing he wrote on the disposition report that the carpet was dirty. Ever since we moved in we told him the carpet needed to be replace because it was worn out and you could see previous stains he never did anything about it. Now he wants to subtract that from the deposit which i think is unfair. What can I do?
