QUESTIONS

  • I have lived /owed my condo for 13 years and yes, it's a HOA issue. My HOA has had judgements and liens against several units, both owned by past directors. A new board member purchased them at very awesome price, no one else knew they were for sale, no notice. The " Management Company " said that even though the HOA put those liens/judgements in place, it's still up to the previous to pay back the HOA. Please , please HELP me understand this issue and many others associated with this board. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
  • My parents are getting a divorce and my younger sibing resides with my mother. Myself and other siblings realize that our mother is addicted to prescribed medications. My father does not want to write anything in the papers about my mothers drug dependency, however, my siblings and I agree that my mom should have to attend rehab to keep our sibling in her home. Is there legally anything we can do to demand rehab?
  • After a lengthy custody battle, where the mother changed her mind about custody many times, my fiance won sole physical custody and joint legal decision making. The mother was only granted every other weekend due to abuse, neglect and drug convictions. The children and dad lived with dad's mother, where once he got a job he left the kids in the care of their paternal grandmother, who then allowed the mother to move in. The mother has since turned the oldest child against his dad, but my fiance wants his son to move in with me so that he can see him. What can be done? Should we call the cops?

  • When completing the living will, does this have to be recorded in the county clerks office in order for it to stand? thanks
  • can a person still become a lawyer in the state of Arizona with felonies on their record?
  • So one of my good friends is a felon for drug charges. He is currently on probation. My issue is I give him rides to help him get on his feet. I have also allowed him to stay at my house when things get bad with his family. Does him being in my car or house allow the police to search it without probable cause? I am sometimes in Scottsdale or phoenix too. Do the laws change there? I believe I should be entitled to basic constitutional rights, but does being with a felon remove my rights?
