  • My condo trustee sale was last week-some realtor c=offered me cash for keys-how long do i have if I don't take this offer?
  • Me and my wife got married and my step daughter has my wife's maiden name do we need permission from the father to change her last name to ours? she is starting to get upset that she doesn't have our last name and we would like to correct that. My wife has sole physical custody so we were unsure about the procedure.
  • A large cactus in the backyard fell on September 1st; two days later the landlord acknowledged the fallen cactus. It is now October 13th and no one has come by for an estimate to remove it. Our son cannot go outside because he just wants to touch it. Do we hire someone to remove it and take it out of the rent? They also never reimbursed us for the exterminators who camea few times when we first moved in. They have never acknowledged, and denied the issue of the bugs. This had been an ongoing issue with them.

  • How long does our landlord have to repair our garage door? Here's the issue. The automatic system is working, however the door itself is having problems and will not open or close, except for manually. But, the door does not have a lock and is not secured. I've put crow bars in slots on either side of the door but it still opens about three feet. The manager refuses to answer my communications about the door and it's been 24hrs and I'm fearful that someone will get into the garage. Also, it's a terrible pain to go in, pull the bars out, open and or close the door, put the bars in again. Help!
