  • My husband was married 13 years ago, was going back and forth to school from yuma to Tucson. He acme home one weekend and his then wife filed for divorce said he abandoned her and the baby. But yet told him she cheated and the baby wasn't his. Her and her family kept the baby from him and filed a restraining order on him. It's been 13 years we have searched for her and his possible son. There last known location is Yuma Az. How do we go about having her served . He is now being hit for child support and $40,000? We need Answers. He wants to know is it his son and if not ??? please help

  • I purchased a condo in October 2019. My inspection identified several repairs needed. I was assured those were the responsibility of the HOA. What was not disclosed is that in November there would be a vote on a Special Assessment, which passed, and now I have a bill for $4800. The seller had been made aware of this for months, but never gave me that information during our negotiations. Do I have any recourse for the seller to be responsible for all or part of this special assessment since it was not disclosed on the statements provided to me?
  • We line in a 55+community and each year the palms are trimmed and we have to pay for them, I was told most mobilhome parks don't charge the tenent in AZ for palm trimming, but get charged every year. We pay rent on a space, is it our responsibility to pay for them or should the park owner pay ? The rent goes up each year, and we still have to pay for their palms to be trimmed. Is there a law that the owner should be paying for these? Thank you
  • I originally moved my M.H. on the space it sits on 19 yrs. ago under a verbal agreement with previous owner. For many years since, I've asked to be entered into a lease with the new owners but wasn't given one until 2 weeks ago.   • My friend has a friend who is losing her house through foreclosure. She paid an attorney $8,000.00 for assistance, and the attorney hasn't helped her in any advice, in over a month. Now she's worried that someone from the sheriff's Dept., is going to lock her out. She has 3 pets, is now broke, has no place to go, and all her belongings are still in her house. Can she request the sheriff's Dept., to give her an extention, until she can find a place to say, and to put her belongings somewhere else? And if so... how long can the extention be, at most? She lives in Phoenix, Az. Thank you~
  • Hello I recently moved in my apartment on 8/15 at that time my air conditioning was not working blows out warm air. I notified the office they sent a technician over the same day. I told him my air doesn't work he TOLD me it does and changed the air filter. Which it did not. I contacted the leasing office again around 8/31. They called me left a message to speak with maintenance. I called back TWICE never got a response. My air did not get fixed until 9/16! And my electric is now shut off because I cannot pay a 850 dollar bill. Should the leasing office accommodate me for these times?
