  • The home we are renting is set to go to Trustee Auction at the end of this month. The "Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act" expired 12/31/2014. What are my rights as a tenant now that this has expired. Can I be evicted without notice..do I still have to receive ample notice if the new owner wishes to occupy the home?
  • I live in a condo complex. One of the other owners has been storing property in a storage bin which is not her own. She appropriated it when it went into foreclosure. The current owner wants that storage bin. What can we do? The lock is still on and the woman (a lawyer, by the way) refuses to remove it.

I know who stole out of my bank account I tried to make a police report but the cops wouldn't let me about a month later a sheriff came to my house and said there was least my debut card theft investigation and to com down to the cop station and talk I gave them all my info regarding my debit card he said it wasn't in his jurisdiction and a different pd would get back To me no one will help me and the Banks won't do anything either. What do I do?

  • I started Beauty School in Sept 07, I was 17 at the time.The school had me sign for the loan without a co-signer. My parents filled out the paper for the Pell Grant and wanted to pay so much monthly. The school said I had to have a Subsidized Stafford loan to get the Pell Grant.Am I responsible for the loan? Since I was told afterwards that it was not a legal binding contract due to my age and that neither one of my parents co-signed on it?

And they are trying to find her incompentate to stand trail. She has a mental disorder and they have her on lock down 24 hours a day. I cant have visits with her at all. And they told me to call first and when I do they say yes she can have a visit but when I get there they (visiting receptionist) tells me sorry the pod or she is on lockdown. what can I do about this?
