Moved into renovated home was to be done by 6/18 (day moved in). Upon arrival; 2 baseball size holes in 2 windows & piles of trash under carport. Due to incorrect measurements windows would be another week. Week1 dryer vent had to be re-cut, electrician rewired house due to fire hazard. Week2 plumbing unable to do laundry 2weeks now, family has to share 1 bathroom, windows not replaced. Week3 windows replaced 7/1–7/6, plumbing on hold to find better price (laundry?), & still sharing bathroom. Was given 1 months free rent but asking us to pay full electricity bill. What are her obligations?

My dishwasher stopped turning on just prior to stay at home orders. With respect to maintenance men, & requests from the complex to only submit emergency requests, I didn’t report. However, my garbage disposal has subsequently stopped working & will not drain, leaving water growing increasingly murky & smelly in the sink. Property managers, assistant managers, & online portal request managers have ignored my requests for resolution for over a week now. What can I do?

My father in law had a stroke in April of 2013 and has been unable to pay his credit card debts including a home equity line of credit through State Farm. He owns a home here here in Phx but has since been relocated to be with other family members in Napa, Ca. in a group home. He receives his usual SS benefits and a small pension of $120 per month, he is also getting his aid and attendance from the V.A. The problem is this, all of his benefits go to his care and he is unable to pay his credit card debts. Since he is no longer living here we are paying his house payment along with the State Farm home equity line of credit since that is like a second mortgage I believe. My question is how do we keep the house in the family and eliminate his credit card debt? which is probably around $20,000. The house doesn't have any equity in it or if it does, it's not much. My ex- fiancée and I have joint custody(decision making). Last year March17, 2014, she was arrested for domestic violence( class 6 undesignated felony), ( discharging a firearm at her boyfriend),and received supervised probation, 3 yrs. In June of 2015, she was once again arrested for violation of probation and placed on IPS and extensive probation till 2017. Because Mother is violent and has potential to cause emotional and physical distress to my 5 yr. old daughter, do I have legal right as her father to file for sole custody and decision maker? Currently we have equal parenting time.

my daughter 16 was involved in a bad car accident the 18 yr old driver had no insurance, a lawyer told me we could not sue the individual or we would loose the uninsured claim on my own insurance. He almost killed my daughter: and we have thousands in medical bills, and we don't even know what punishment he recieved my coverage i had will not pay all the bills what about my daughters pain and suffering? she has permanent injuries she will have for life. why do i have to pay for his mistake? she is the victim why are we not being notified about any court proceedings? who do i need to contact?
