  • I am a military mother of 3 who's husband went to jail for two years. I cannot find employment, he cant pay child support, and I can't get any cash assistance to provide for my children. Family is helping but what can I do? I live in my parents home they were going to rent out, but have bills and children. The state so no on cash assistance, so I only get food assistance. Isn't there something I can do during interim of trying to find a job?
  • 86 y/o widow had a will and trust set up as a single woman 3 years ago. Last year the man she lives with had a will drawn up stating that he is married to the widow. Her will & trust have not been updated and no one in the family has seen any legal document that shows they are married. She has stock, a house & and money...he has very little. She is being treated for dementia but family does not know if she is truly competent to have married this man. If she dies will her will & trust be valid as is or not? Can he contest her will and claim community property?

I got a new out of state job and scheduled the movers for July 13. She suddenly sent me a text message on May 30 to vacate by July 1. She did not give me notice that she was looking for a new tenant. I have never been late or delinquent on rent payment. What are my legal options?
