  • We have rented a townhouse and upon moving in have found that the air/heat did not work. It has been over three months and the landlord has yet to fix the issue and now even her realty company will not return my calls. Is there anything I can do, legally?
  • My 84 year old mother is no longer capable of living alone due to several disabilities. She will need to break her lease. The property management company is threatening to hold her responsible for the 6 months remaining on the lease. Does the fact that she cannot live alone any longer allow her to break the lease with a smaller penalty?
