There is mold epidemic in my storage room. My possessions that were stored in there are destroyed and they are doing major repairs that will require to tear down walls leave me without hot water. I am asthmatic and have allergies. What are my options?

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

My fiance moved into a duplex, and I was at a assisted living center. She asked me to move in and said that the leading company stared since she was my care giver, I did not have to be added to lease. Well 2.5 y3ars later, we received a ten day notice to make a new application or have me move out. All my mail and electric, t.v cable are all in my name. I am 100 percent disabled, and have a eviction on my record 7 years ago. Do i have rights to stay?

I rent a house and the contract will expired on 01/31/2020. On 01/03/2020 I gave the tenants a notice to NOT renew the lease agreement and advised them to have the property vacated by 02/05/2020. The tenants now said they don't wanna moved out because they have been paying the rent and I will caused them changes and stress to their kids... what should I do? I need to sell that house. Am I doing this wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Water damage happened to my apartment that was not my fault. My landlord has a restoration company drying out the carpet and other flooring. They are using large fans and water removal machines. I was told that I have to leave the air conditioner and other electricity running for the machines to operate and not overheat. Am I responsible for paying the electric bill during the time that they are making repairs even though I cannot live in the apartment, due to no functioning bathroom and loud machinery? I asked the landlord if he will reimburse me on the electricity and he said,"No!"
