QUESTIONS

  • My house in AZ was foreclosed on& was one of the homes that was part of state of AZ v B of A(national mortgage settlement). Since this foreclosure was part of the successful lawsuit for unfair practices, could I ( and how) can I have it removed from my credit report?
  • I own my mobile home but rent my space. The electric lines running from the pedistal are in need of repair. Is this my responsibility as a mobile home owner or the park responsibility AZ the power is coming from their pedestal?
  • Water damage happened to my apartment that was not my fault. My landlord has a restoration company drying out the carpet and other flooring. They are using large fans and water removal machines.   • On the month of April the rent was sent out and i was having trouble gathering the rent money because I got layed of for covid-19, but I didn’t know that the landlord wasn’t charging any late fees I didn’t get any letter no notice, nothing I found out by a neighbored still paid it by my 5 day window. Then the last week of April I didn’t receive the rent bill no one in the parking lot did. But the landlord said she did send it out, we all know she didn’t so I waited a few days the 6 th day I get the rent with late charges but didn’t get the normal rent bill in the first place can she do that?
