The mother of my grandson was asked to leave her parents home because of drugs. They told her that she could leave her two sons their or take them with her and she chose to leave them there. This is a continual problem. My son , the father was into drugs but is now clean and has a job. How can I (we) get custody? Please help!!

We have lived here in an apt. type setting for 11 months. We are curious if we can break our lease based on several factors. One being that our dryer, which they supplied, has NEVER worked and shocks us (safety issue). We've complained on several occassions (including the month we moved in). Nothing has been done, and now we can't use our dryer. Or, the fact that there wasn't for at least 7 months, common area lights outside. Now there are....or the fact that my husband fell down in an area on the complex with no lights (outside apt. complex). HELP!

Hello. A small fire broke out in my kitchen. Fire department and police spoke with my landlord telling her that I could not stay due to soot and it needed be taking care of. Landlord stated she spoke with owner and a team would be out to find my apartment. 1 month later nothing is fixed. I shower landlord the report from fire deapart and was told that she doesnt care what the report shows that nothing is going to get fixed. She refused to give us the owners contact info also. I'm in need of guidance on what I can to legally if any. Thank you

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? Was approved last year for Ahcccs Medical in July and our income went up $28 in January this year, SS disiblilty increase. I could not make the change online so I called and someone over the phone, end of Dec, being proactive, do not want to be w/o coverage, they did a new app. I received a note on Feb. 20th saying that it was denied, I was $12 over the income limit, although the new income limits online for Feb. 1 have gone up and I fit in those limits. I called and explained, but no. Applied on marketplace and a yes for reg plan. Can Accchs cancel and leave me w/o any ins. till plan starts?
