I am a Utah native and moved to Arizona about 2 years ago. I got married in AZ in October 2014. I recently have moved back to Utah in January and want to get my marriage annulled and my husband still lives in az. Do I file for annulment in UT or az? It is an az marriage license.

We live in a senior residence (my partner is 58) and they have a "chiller" system, in addition, they pay all utilities. Tonight (at approximately 9:30pm) we returned to our 2nd floor apartment which had risen to 80 degrees F (from 75). We both suffer from allergies which makes opening windows problematic (I have an inhaler as well) as well as hypertension. My blood pressure elevated from the hot temperature. I know at some point they change from an A/C based system to a heating system. What are our rights in this situation?

My mother recently passed away with no will and no power of attorney. She had a checking account that has me as a signatory. It was all her money and I've paid her funeral expenses, etc. from it. Can I use the money that is left for my own purposes?
