  • I listed my granddaughter as 18 month old. No fence or gate was around the pool from back doors of home, as required by permit under AZ Law. The lessor had a real estate agent as did we. The lease was broken, accepted by the lessor. The lessor does not want to refund $3,900.00 security deposit. The exterior fence from driveway also was not self closing either and we have pictures of both. Did the lessor break the AZ law by entering into a legal contract and not have a Permitted, Inspected fence and self closing gate around the pool, Knowing an 18 month old be occupying the leased home?
  • New tenant been here for almost two months. Ac is on roof. The morning after i got key to apartment the roof tile where the ac unit is collapsed because of the drain was not working so the comdensation leaked and made the roof tile collapse. Next day they came to fix. About 3 weeks later ac quit blowing cold and needed more freon. Now maybe another 3 weeks the roof tile collapsed again, the ac drain is not operating and ac is not blowing cold. The water the ac is leaking has a yellow tint to it. From what ive researched thats an indication of the freon leaking inside the dwelling.moretoadd!

  • I SIGNED A RENTAL AGREEMENT ON FEB 23 WITH A MOVE IN DATE OF APRIL 1 AND THE PROPERTY WAS SOLD ON FEB 27. THE NEW OWNERS HAVE TWEAKED THE LEASE I SIGNED. I WANT THEM TO HONOR THE ORIGINAL LEASE BUT IF I DON'T THEY WON'T LET ME MOVE IN. IS THAT ALLOWED? THEY ARE CANADIANS, THE NEW OWNERS.
