  • Where do I find the form to fill out to file a motion to set aside
  • We received info about renewing our lease, at a property where we have lived for almost 1 year. When we moved in, we noticed the irrigation system needed repairing, but the property mgmt. company said the landlord would not repair it, and to use an above ground sprinkler, which we did. One of the conditions on the option to renew states: "The tenant shall maintain the landscape irrigation system, including the automatic timer, in good working condition and make any needed repairs at their sole expense." Isn't this forcing us to repair the irrigation system was never worked right? Ideas?
  • Concerning a Short Sale of Real Property; There are 3 liens. The 3rd lien is a voluntary one for the purchase of a home water purification system. In order to sell the property short, the Bank requires that the 3rd lien agree to be released. The lien holder is unreasonable. They ask for the original $4400 + Back Payments, Interest and Penalties which make the release amount about $10,000. Nothing less is acceptable. The Bank may allow 1 or 2 thousand dollars, no more. Can the 3rd lien be eliminated by an administrative action or through bankruptcy?
  • I am a single mother(one child) and living on a Teacher's salary. I have a mortgage and a considerable amount of credit debt, plus student loans. I can make my house payment but am struggling to make any of the credit payments. Question is: Can I file Bankruptcy ( ch7) and keep my house. None of the debt was secured with my home.

  • I would like to know if I have any recourse for management abuse in the community that I live. The managers are sending threatening notices about speeding in the park and proceed to stop and watch me drive through the park whenever they see me. I was going the posted speed limit yesterday and the manager was yelling and gesturing to me to slow down. The abuse has got to stop. We are being targeted. I am sending a complaint letter to the company that owns the park, but I would like to know my legal recourse to file an official complaint with the state housing dept.

  • Im 13 and want my daddys last name. My dna giver or "real dad" means nothing to me. My daddy has been there for me since i was 2. He has different dna but who cares. my mom said i can borrow money and she will help me change my last name to be like her and my daddy. but how? my mom says dna dad has to say its okay to change my last name. but he wont. i even asked him. and i only see him one every few years. cant i tell judge i want my daddy's last name even if not same dna? pleaze help.
  • Thank you for allowing me a question....and answer. I leased a house October 2017, with a one year lease. After that it was "technically" on month-to-month. My husband and I purchased a house in Cave Creek with a VA loan closing in May 2019. To make it "easier" for my Landlord I found him a replacement tenant. She was accepted. My nightmare began.....she had the house - my purchased house fell out....the LL ignore me.......literally making me vacate the premises so the new tenant could move in. I was verbally abused - my property thrown on the driveway. I was homeless. Help?
  • So i moved in a duplex and only been here a week can the landlord throw me out from one day to the nexts with no eviction notice just came and said he wants me out tomorrow can he do that?
