  • My house was foreclosed on in 2008; the 2nd Mortgage was not used to purchase the home, and the 2nd Mortgagee has now sold the "note" to a collection agency. If the 2nd Mortgagee never filed or sued me on the deficiency can the collection agency pursue the collection of this debt? Who is the holder of the written contract that I had with the original lender?

We submitted a maintenance request on 4/22. 7 days later I sent an email for status. 05/01 a tech came out to do repairs. 05/02 the pilot light still won't stay lit. I submitted a second maintenance request.on 05/02. It is now 05/06 14 days in out new rental home and there is still no hot water. I emailed for status on 05/05.. Still waiting to hear back from Re/Max. What are my rights? Can I replace the water heater and deduct it off my rent payment?

  • I need to file a motion to compel disclosure from the Pima county sheriffs dept. they are refusing to provide me with records that are public, regarding my own case, and held at the dept. I think this has to be a special action motion. If the case was in Superior Court, never appealed, where do I file the Special Action, can I use the civil courts to do this ? I am seeking damages based on public records law, does that limit me to superior court only?
  • x boyfriend has not at my house for other a month. No bills or nothing was in his name, my name only. I own house. He has been gone for over a month. How do I get him to come get the rest of his stuff out of my driveway.

  • Is there a 3 day release from jail if not charged rule? But if the jail lists charges on the inmate, doesn't that mean that they have been charged? And if the preliminary hearing is scheduled, doesn't that mean that they have been charged, but not necessarily indicted? On major methamphetamine trafficking charges, isn't it unlikely someone would get out on the above-mentioned 3 day "rule"? Without a bond? Just turned loose?
  • I'm pregnant and don't wish to keep the baby. I'm back in school trying to get my life on track for my son who I already am raising. Abortion is not an option. My question is 2 parts: 1). Is it possible to relinquish my parental rights to the father (who is older and stable) once the baby is born if all parties are in agreement? 2). If a close family friend and her husband want to adopt the baby, can I and the father relinquish rights to them if we all are in agreement? We all want the outcome to be the best for the baby and parent(s) to ensure healthy attachment at birth. Thank you
