  • Im separated not yet divorced. We lived in Arizona then agreed to move to Colorado last August. While in Colorado she was verbally abusive, she cheated and at one point hit me in front of our son and daughter. I told her I no longer wanted to be with her. She took the kids back to Arizona.I only allowed this because she said she would send them to me in January, yet never did.I have emails to prove hitting&leaving agreement. Also of her saying I cant skype the kids unless I sends money, though I have been biweekly.I want custody but dont have the funds right now. Where can I start?

This notice was mailed first class and Certified mail return receipt along with being posted . This action was outlined in the tenants Residental Lease Agreement for us to have the right to inspect after giving notice. Are we safe to enter?
  • I am going through an eviction brought on by a foreclosure of my property. The writ of restitution is being sent today to the process server as the attornys handling the eviction are in Maricopa county. My question is this; will the paperwork be filed on Tuesday next as this is a holiday week-end or can the process server actually file the writ on a Saturday? I am just trying to see how much time I have as I am in the process of vacating anyway.
