who keeps the kids while divorce is pending

I am in need 5,000 to lay my daughter down to rest she was murdered in a domestic violence situation. Someone told me the county could help. Please help you.

i am in debt with child support payments because i don't make as much as the court thinks i should make because my child mother is a stripper. the mother of my child has kept my daughter from seeing me or talking to me for over 6months. i want visitation to be set up. can i file for visitation and receive it even if i owe child support? i will be making payments after i go to get it modified

My 85 year old mother passed away suddenly on May 25. 2013. She had a lease and a security deposit of $200.00. The apartment complex has suddenly (after 3 months of attempting to get it returned after perfect walk through results) decided that I am not able to get any security deposit. Also, refuse to return my extra monies paid to stay for 14 days to remove my mother's items. I was assured that all of the money would be returned to me but now that they have a new owner, they state that they will not return any of the money that they agreed to return to me. AZ law states that they were to notify me within 14 days if any problems with refund with her security deposit or they have to pay double the amount back. Is this applicable in this case? I have continuously attempted to contact them regarding this issue and I finally got a bunch of passing the blame answers and this is three months late.

Is a landlord legally required to provide external doors for apartment entrances, or can they use hollow interior doors instead of exterior doors? My apartment had a hollow door for my apartment entrance that got damaged and the property management is making me pay for the new solid, exterior door to replace the hollow interior door used incorrectly as an exterior facing door. I learned that my apartment was not the only one on the property with an interior door used as an exterior door and would like to know how legal that is.

Can a person file a order of protection on a live in caregiver and we believe they did this to put the lady I care for in a nursing she is so stressed out over this its causing alot of problems witb her health what can we do to stop this

Just want to get to the point.. My husband is waiting for his appointment.. We have not paid the lawyer yet.. I heard that we should be paying the lawyer to make the appointment to get his green card/visa.. Is that true? And the lawyer is asking for $3500 and it has to be paid off first to get the appointment set up. Is this correct and is that amount correct too??

I have a question regarding The Uniform Services Former Spouses Protection Act. I retired from the military in 2010 and married my current spouse in 2012. We were not married nor had any relationship while I was on active duty. My question is, if my spouse and I are divorced is she protected under The Uniform Services Former Spouses Protection Act? Basically is she entitled to any portion of my retirement pay in case of a divorce?

If I am.awarded no parenting time in a divorce does that mean I can't call or go near them or just that I can't be in charge of them?
