My apartments use a "chiller system", and refuse to put on the air conditioner despite it reaching 80+ degrees inside the apartment. Aren't they required to provide air conditioner? As it is an essential service in AZ.

Hey I live on a small lot and have animals. My dad gave me permission to use the land. I have ten chickens, two ducks, five pigeons, and a pheasant. We have been fighting a lot and he threatens to kill all of the animals, which I have bought or have been given to me. He says that I don't take care of them enough, which I will admit Im not the best at but they have food and water all the time and I do my best. But he threatens to take them from me and kill them every time, which is every time he starts to drink. I don't know if he can because its his land or if he can't take them from me.

Iam a 82 year old widow living on my husbands retirement and ss . My house is paid of , but I pay a small common fee . I recently took out a 130000 loan against my house to help my Granddaughter build a new house . She is now going through a divorce and is not paying me for the loan ( always two months late). The bank is threatening forclosure against my home I am living in. I was going to take a loan against my retirement to pay off the loan . The new house is in my Granddaughters name and her ex is living in it . Can I have my name put on the house and have her pay me rent without bad tax implications. I have three children that this house should be on the estate . The bank has been sending preforclosure papers against the house I live in . I am afraid I am going to lose everything . I have a 2 yr lease and 15 months into the lease the landlord asks if I want to end lease early without penalty because he wants to sell. I agreed and landlord has given a date for lease termination. Can I request he amend original lease to show new expiration date? If he sells the home prior to that date, what are my rights

(I voluntarily gave him temporary custody, and live in a separate state). During the time my daughter lived with them, she was placed on probation. All of the court papers were signed by her step mother, are these documents legal? Does a step parent have the legal right to sign legal papers as a parent or guardian, without being granted guardianship of the child?

My spouse and I separated in 2015, and shortly thereafter he moved to CA, but without any job, address, or income of any kind. Everyone in his life seems to have lost track of him, as he has a pervasive drug abuse and addiction history, no address or consistent place of residence. How do I manage to serve him with a petition for divorce??? I have waited 4 years, trying to locate him, but as I am now looking to remarry, is there any other way to move forward with a divorce?

I live in a mobilehome park for 18 yrs. l. Then I receive a letter by the park lawyer. On the letter states that my oldest daughter broke in my neighbors cars, in the carport and also broke in their mobilehome. This wasn't true at all their wasn't a police report and the manager never send me a letter about it. So I will like to know how I would make them take that off my file. Cause of you get three write ups they will force me to move out of the park and sell it.

What are the policies of having access to water? The landlord continues to turn the water off sometimes with notice, sometimes with out. I have been here for almost a year and the water is shut off at least 3 to 4 times a month.
