QUESTIONS

  • Lived at Board and Care in Dolan Springs. The owner took my monthly check and deposited it in an account without my knowledge and she would not give me any information about what bank this account was in nor the number to the account. When I left her board and care in July she told my hospice RN that she would be closing this account. I have no way to find out if the account existed and if it did has she closed it by now.
  • I am renting a apartment that was once a motel room. From a realtor who im assuming is the landlord. For $450 a month. My question is can she evict me for things that WERE NOT mentioned to me or given to me in a form of a "lease or rental agreement". She is trying to evict me for trash that i supposedly had outside my unit. When in fact the day i moved in there was a huge pile of trash bags next to my unit there was no dumpster provided and no mail box even till this day. The 25 of November 2018. Other tenets have there electricity through her i dont and have no power what can i do.

When contacting the collection agency, they told me that this collection will stay on my report because I am married to the person which ows them money. The account was included in our bankruptcy in 2013 as an individual debt and not a joint debt. Am I responsible for my husbands debt? It was for electrical service my husband applied for himself. I called Thursdayady told me most likely no I e would go check out my ac because according to them 86 degrees was normal inside my house for it being to hot outside. Finally I told her I had a baby' and that him living in that temp wasn't okay The called me back and had someone come look at it until Monday said we have a leak and that he had to submit a work order before he could fix it .he wasn't suppose to come fix it yesterday we received no call and he didn't answer I call maintenance line they said the quote hadn't been looked at yet
