  • I recently went to court and got my case kicked out for the reason i sent the 5 day notice via certified mail and didn't wait 10 days to file a forcible detainer?... i waited 7 days?. the judge said it is 5 days for serving it by hand but 10 if it is done certified mail? is this right? thanks

  • I have a ten year maintenance agreement with XXXXX, Inc dated 4/22/2016, for a twice a year maintenance service on my air conditioner / furnace which they installed for my home. I paid $1600.00 for this service. (This comes to $80.00 per service) and I received five services. When the sixth service was due (April 2019) I called for an appointment and their phone is shut off. I called their offices in Tucson, Pheonix and Glendale, all their phones have been shut off and the Tucson office is locked. I can't find anyone and they still owe me $1200.00 and I don't know what to do.

The managers are sending threatening notices about speeding in the park and proceed to stop and watch me drive through the park whenever they see me. I was going the posted speed limit yesterday and the manager was yelling and gesturing to me to slow down. The abuse has got to stop. We are being targeted. I am sending a complaint letter to the company that owns the park, but I would like to know my legal recourse to file an official complaint with the state housing dept.
  • My former employer is verbally abusive on a daily basis and creates an extremely hostile workplace. After tolerating this for 6 months, I finally gave him my 2 week notice. He proceeded to say 'No, I'll end this right here' asked me for my key and walked me out. I then filed for unemployment, which has since been denied. I'm sure he said I quit, which is not the case. This person also made advances to my 16 ear old daughter when she was at work with me over the summer. Do I have a claim? I'm having a hard time getting a response from local attorney's.

His name isn't on the birth certificate, paternity has been established. went to court for child support. judge verdict; im financially responsible untill dads released.father was released dec 2012.we tried to work it out.I was the sole provider for him and my son financially.Father became physically abuse(towards me) had black outs, son was almost hit with a rock the last incident. no report filed , we moved states. dad is in prison till aug 27 2013(unrelated), what is best solution? full custody and restraining order??
