  • I had a question in relation to access notices. A lot of landlords are currently only responding to emergency maintenance calls to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and limiting person to person contact right now. With that being said, if a landlord serves a tenant an access notice stating that they need to enter their dwelling for a pest control inspection, can that tenant deny entry if they have concerns of others being in the home at this time, or does the landlord still have full access rights as long as they provide notice 48 hours or more in advance?

Notified property manager with in 1 hour . Had a plumber come out the next And was unable to fix issue . He pulled the stove back to access issue and there was a large piece of drywall missing and exposing interior wall . I'm with out a kitchen sink for for almost 4 days stove about 3 . I've been exposed to that wall being open for since I moved in 6 weeks . What are my rights ? Is this a breach of contract ?
  • Does anyone know how long (even ballpark) it takes AHCCCS to follow up on a fraud report? I sent one in on April 1st, and the fraudulent person is *still* getting services! I gave them all of the info they need to verify this person has group insurance. They just have to make one phone call to prove the case.
  • We are renting our townhouse in another city in Arizona. We signed a 1 year lease with our tenant. The lease currently came up for renewal. Our tenant wanted to go month to month. We were not willing to do so, but said we were willing to shorten the new lease to 6 months. The tenant said (on the phone) that that would work for her. We drafted a renewal page, mailed it to her to sign. we included a prepaid, self addressed envelope. It has been several weeks, we have not received the signed renewal agreement yet We have called several times and she does not answer/return calls What should we do
  • I have a one year old daughter. When her mother was pregnant she moved from California to Arizona. I want to file for joint custody but I don't know where to start. Do I need to go to Arizona to file?

  • What can I do if I feel my 9 year old is not being properly cared for in the other parent's home that I currently share joint custody with? For example, most recently the other parent left our child at a nearby apartment complex pool with another 9 year old completely alone and unsupervised or accompanied by any other adult (the kids were the only ones there) for over an hour while the other parent allegedly walked to a gas station to purchase alcohol. My child also complains that the other parent is using drugs in front of him. Is this considered neglect and what are my options?
