  • My husband of 24 years have been abusing our 3 children for a long time. How can I file child abuse charges
  • I cannot find a form on Maricopa Superior Court for a Temporary Order of Child Custody for post decree. I only find a pre decree form. Can the pre decree form be used if I am filing a post decree Temporary Order? What are my alternatives?
  • We have been evicted, the constable showed up yesterday at 9am with a locksmith to change locks, I thought we were given 24 hours to remove our belongings before they changed the locks. They left my dogs in the backyard and I was not even home. I went back to check on dogs, and constable was hiding with a tape recorder telling me I can't be there. Even to check on my dogs they left in the backyard?
  • I am a 21 year old college student sharing a condo with my landlords daughter. I gave my landlord notice that I would be moving out the 2nd week of May and she was ok with it. She has been taking the rent in the middle of the month every month except when we initially moved in we paid on the 1st. I am just paying my rent for April, today the 11th. But she told me if I stay in the condo past the 1st, I have to pay, because rent is from the 1st to the 1st. She stated she took it out in the middle because the utility bill doesn't come till the middle of the month. So she included them together.
