  • I am living at an apartment in Tucson, AZ. The a/c went out over two weeks ago and since then it has been 93+ degree's in my apartment. I have tried calling management but there is nothing they can do for another week. I have asked if substitute housing is available and they have denied. Is there anything I can do?
  • I have a first time conviction DUI and it reads as a felony. I have done my time, paid my fines and attended my AA classes. It has been five years since my conviction. Can my record be expunged? I live in Hawaii and my lic is suspended and jobs out here require a drivers lic. Is there a way I can get my record cleared so I can reinstate my drivers lic?
  • My power was recently turned off my APS without any notice. This was a discrepancy in billing due to an error on their side. I had no idea there was even an issue. According to them I needed to make a deposit payment to a separate account that I was not aware of. The person who set up the account did not notify me of this and made an error inputting the deposit amount. My dog was in out house with no AC while we were working and it was 105 degrees outside. I was wondering if it is legal for them to turn off our power when it is over 100 degrees without any notice.
  • I was arrested at a friends mobile home on a misdemeanor warrant. I went without a hassle or drama. The charge was disorderly conduct. I was out in 14 days, went back to the park where coincidentally i do not live, was told there was no problem with me being there. The kicker is that my friends, a couple of about 70 years old are now getting evicted because of it. Im beside myself. It is not right.   • For the last 8 years I have been paying my landlord cash. I did fall a little behind and was making payments.
