  • I am a retired military member, divorced. Under the terms of the divorce decree (modifiable) my ex receives a percentage of my military retirement pay, plus a spousal support payment. My Veteran's Administration disability rating was recently increased, which will have the effect of her net retirement payment being decreased. Will this give her grounds to request a modification to cover the difference? Can I expect any protection under ARS 25-318.01(3)?

The lease has an addendum saying that Tenants will be chaged CAM fees for ALL common area maintenance and repairs and all expenses to operate the property. They will determine the amount of each tenant's share by dividing the entire cost of CAMs divided by the number of units leased (not the number of units within the complex). They will not provide an estimate to "not to exceed amount". Can they do this? Big repairs comin
  • I signed over my rights to my daughter, to her mother and her husband, about 6 months ago. I was promised I would still be able to see her every other Sunday for a few hours. Her mother said it was the best thing for her. I love my daughter. Now that a little time has passed and I see how fast my baby is growing up I want more time with her and fear I will never get it. How long do I have to change my mind about giving her up?
  • My spouse and i both have a retirement plan thru our employer. We are 38 and 40 years old and getting divorced. Since we both have our own retirement plan, do we each get 1/2 of the others during a divorce? this seems silly? How does the court view this scenario? If only one spouse had a retirement plan i could see the division of it but it seems if both parties have a retirement plan, you would just keep your own?
  • we agree on everything just want the divorce. How long will it take? We don't want to wait 60 days we just want ot sign the papers and get it done now.
