  • 2 weeks after our final walk through with our landlord confirming the condo was in perfect condition, the landlord contacted me and said that the day after the walk through, she sensed a smell of cigarette smoke in the condo and had to have some treatment done and had to hold new tenants back for 3 days and that she was going to withdraw these charges from our security deposit. Noone ever smoked in the condo located in Flagstaff with no A/C unit and windows were always open. There are wildfires in the area that we have no control of. This cannot be legal and I am willing to go to court!

I have made a partial rent payment for April and May 2020. I came home yesterday to an eviction notice. The property owner knows of my business & financial situation. I was told that as long as I was making a partial payment towards rent, that by law I couldn't be evicted (with intent to pay in full ASAP) My company was just awarded the PPP LOAN, which I advised my property owner the very next day that all past portion of rents would be paid asap

Landlord stated she spoke with owner and a team would be out to find my apartment. 1 month later nothing is fixed. I shower landlord the report from fire deapart and was told that she doesnt care what the report shows that nothing is going to get fixed. She refused to give us the owners contact info also.   • I rent an apart. in Chandler. a neighbor leaves cat food out on the sidewalk 2 feed stray cats. I talked to the manager and she says there is nothing she can do.The issue now is there is a roach and ant infestation do2 the cat food.my son turned out2 be allergic to roach bites &has fallen down and hit his head when he step on the food.there are even roaches on my bed at night when we r sleeping.
