  • My family and I have a lease for property. Today we received a notice taped to our door stating that there was going to be a "notice of trustee's sale" on the property. What rights do we have in this situation? Is this considered our 30 day notice to vacate? What action or responsibility does the management company have in this situation?

Can they evict me on those grounds?
