  • My husband's divorce was finalized in AZ. The 1998 divorce Parenting Plan had a clause saying "Both parties agree to designate the child as their sold beneficiary on all life insurance policies and as the sole beneficiary of their respective estates. In the event either party remarries, the remarried party agrees to maintain the child as a beneficiary of at least 50% of their life insurance policy and estate." He just passed and his now 24 old, married, not living at home, not disabled, daughter is informally contesting his will. I know he believed this was not longer valid, I need to confirm.
  • I have a trust fund that was set up for myself and brother when our mom passed away in 1990. My grandma was the trustee until she passed away 4 years ago. My brother is now the trustee along w my aunt. I do not have a good relationship w either of my trustees and I cannot get any communication from my brother about my trust. I have repeatedly requested info about my trust but I never get a response of any kind. I dont even know if my trust can legally be kept from me anymore or if it shld have been dispersed by now. My brother wont give me any info so I need to knw what my options are & rights
  • in 2013 I was paper arrested. I was charged with theft of a personal cell phone valued at 500 dollars. The state picked up the charges and after 9 months dropped the charge. 3 months later they refilled and again i plead not guilty and in april 2014 they dropped the charges again but its without prejudice again. How do I get it changed to with prejudice?
  • If someone puts an order of protection or a restraining order against me, it is good for 1 year from service. But how long after does it stay on my personal file.
  • On 3/18/2014 we had a kitchen fire with major damage to the stove, micro hood, wall cabinets, countertop and smoke damage to the dining area. The completion of the project was delayed by the owner and the property management company. The owner took 3 weeks just to select a top color and then chose the existing one. The project was completed on 7/04/2014. All this time we were without the use of a stove, wall cabinets and vent hood. A demand letter for rent adjustment was denied and the rent was raised.   • Where do i go to get signed up for the parenting class?
  • I have resided in the same rental property for over a year. I was told I was renewed for another year. 3 months into the second year the landlord (owner/realtor) told me I have to buy the house or move. He wants twice what it is worth or I have to move. I know this is not legal as a tenant but does this also violate real estate laws? I would very much like to report him to proper authorities but to whom would I report such a thing?
