QUESTIONS

  • I ordered a Printer from U-Bid for 75.00 and I used my Pay Pal account to pay for the purchase. When the ordered merchandise arrived, I received 3 printers instead of the one I ordered. Later I was billed for the two not ordered printers original printer was paid through pay pal. The second 2 Printers were billed, without my permission, on my Visa account at Wells Fargo. What is my legal responsabilty for the two extra printers. mailed and charged to me without my authorization.?
  • My wife's sister and husband want to relinquish their rights as parents and transfer full custody and legal guardianship to my wife and I. If both parents are consenting and sign a notarized court approved form, would we be required to announce the hearing in the local newspaper?

The old repair guy came out and took pictures but never came back. The property manager came out and took pictures because there is mold in that bathroom,m. My landlord has not fixed it, I cannot afford to move because I am helping my daughter with nursing school. What can I do?
  • My apartments use a "chiller system", and refuse to put on the air conditioner despite it reaching 80+ degrees inside the apartment. Aren't they required to provide air conditioner? As it is an essential service in AZ.

  • My teenage daughter and I were both arrest for domestic violence and both of us were prosecuted. Same case yet we were both identified as defendants which very effectively eliminated any accountability especially by the courts to address "Victim's Rights" at all. The words "dominate aggressor" does not exist , at least not in the statues in AZ. So my question is: How do the courts justify this? Is this ethical? Every justification so far has been absolutely absurd. Have you thought this through at all? Obviously: no victim, double fees, more income, more DV programs as Dual arrests increase

  • My lease agreement with my landlord ended in November 2018. We are still living in the Unit, but she gave us a notice to vacate by april 6th 2020. She never made us sign another lease agreement for the last year and a half. I'm choosing to move out March 12th but the landlord is saying I still have to pay March's rent because my roommate is staying until March 31st. Am I obligated to stay and pay March's rent even though there is no new lease agreement and I signed a notice to vacate by April 6th. Which I'm leaving before that.
  • I've lived in Arizona since February. My husband is in the military. I am now pregnant, & want a divorce. He is verbally abusive and has a strong temper. He just recently tried to commit suicide and was in the pyschiatric hospital. Can I get a divorce while pregnant? Or what about an anullment since he tried to kill himself? Thanks.
