I am behind $8000.00 dollars on my mortgage. I know they will send a foreclosure notice soon. I have been struggling due to having a medical issue both my wife and myself (Heart Attack). Is there away to keep my home from foreclosure with a a program available to me? I am still working and my wife cannot find employment in Kingman as it is a small town.I have had to file ch-13 and I am still making payments to the court trustee monthly.

Does the Arizona Revenue Service have something similar to the IRS' Mortgage Debt Relief Act of 2007? If you have a foreclosure and subsequent debt forgiven, does Arizona add it to your income or do they have a provision to exclude it (similar to the IRS' Mortgage Debt Relief Act of 2007)?

My proprty is seduced to be sold today at a Trustee's auction. I had a new loan approved for past two weeks that would pay the existing note in full, the trustee deliberately withheld the final payoff statement until 4:59 p.m. on the day prior to the foreclosure, making it impossible to fund on the new loan in time to stop the sale. Is there anything we can do to stop the sale and buy ourselves a few days to get the new loan closed?

My house was place in auction we spend about 30 years living there my original loan was 50.000 by USDA how do I get the full information. sold auction quantity and excess of funds I have contacted Home Equity Invs they informed me that the house was auctioned for 38.000 and i have excess of funds 16.000 how do I check if is true.

I lost my home to foreclosure back in 2010.I have received a payment from the mortgage relief settlement fund. I want to know if I can seek legal action to file a claim for further compensation. I lost over $100,000( my down payment) when I lost my home. A bank that was part of the settlement was my lender. Thank you.
