Child Support
questions & answers
Question: Where do I find my ATLAS number
Answer: The ATLAS (Arizona’s Tracking and Location Automated System) number is one which is utilized by the state to identify child support cases. The ATLAS number is listed on the court order, and can also be found on all correspondence with the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES). A person can also retrieve their ATLAS number by contacting the DES (https://www.azdes.gov/main.aspx?menu=24&id=2336&ekmensel=15074e5e_24_0_2336_12). In addition, a person who has their court order can enter that number into the following website (https://www.azecalc.gov/ecalc/PublicCourtOrderCrossRefListView.htm) to retrieve their ATLAS number. Note that the ATLAS case number begins with numbers not letters.
