questions & answers
Question: How long do I have to be living with my spouse to be considered married?
Answer: Arizona does not recognize common law marriage unless the common law marriage was recognized elsewhere. Thus, it does not matter how long you resided with someone in Arizona, the relationship will not be recognized as a marriage unless you are legally married or recognized as married elsewhere.
