Question: if me and my husband r not together no longer dose he have to help me with my bills and we both owe the house we r not diverse

Answer: It will be assumed that this question is asking if a husband is required to continue paying bills on a house he owns with his wife. They are still legally married, neither has filed for divorce or separation, but they are no longer acting as a couple. All debts acquired by either spouse during a marriage are considered community debts (A.R.S. 25-214). Each spouse is liable for the entire amount of each community debt, not just their portion or their half. It does not matter that one spouse may have benefitted more or less than the other. Legally, this is known as joint and several liability. It does not matter who pays or has paid the bills or how much they have paid. If a debt goes unpaid, both parties will be held responsible. *The term "during the marriage" is meant to mean the time from the start of the marriage until one of the parties legally files for divorce or separation.
