Question: I submitted a petition to modify parenting and child support, where the respondent did not initially agree. The respondent has since agreed to the petition to avoid the conflict resolution conference. What forms do I need to file to reflect this change and the respondents new found cooperation?
Answer: The Maricopa County site has forms for if parties agree. If you are not in Maricopa, contact the clerk of the court for your county and ask them about similiar forms. http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/SuperiorCourt/Self-ServiceCenter/Forms/FamilyCourt/fc_drmc7.asp
