Paternity
questions & answers
Question: My boyfriend was married to someone and had a baby with her. She has said before that he is not the father, but still came after him for child support. How do we go about getting a DNA test to see if he is actually the father?
Answer: Any Superior Court will have the forms to establish paternity. In Maricopa County, go to http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/SuperiorCourt/Self-ServiceCenter/Forms/FamilyCourt/fc_drp1.asp for instructions and forms.
