Question: Can my dad adopt me at the age of 26
Answer: According to A.R.S. 14-8101 "another adult person who is a stepchild, niece, nephew, cousin or grandchild of the adopting person" may be adopted by an agreement of adoption approved by a decree of adoption, even though they are over the age of 21.
