Guardianship of Minor
questions & answers
Question: I am 17 and i want to move out at midnight on my 18th birthday without my parent's consent. Is that possible? and if not when exactly can i legally get out of there
Answer: In Arizona the age of majority is 18. This mean the state recognizes you as an adult at 18 and you are now able to do some of the things that adults can do, such as enter into a contract. However, while you may be of age moving out right away or without your parent's consent may have other consequences that you may want to think about.
